To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of canine PRL in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

回收率：

The recovery of canine PRL spiked to levels throughout the range of the assay in various matrices was evaluated. Samples were diluted prior to assay as directed in the Sample Preparation section.

產(chǎn)品評價：我用CSB-E1493c檢測比格犬血清中催乳素含量，標(biāo)曲采用五參數(shù)擬合，曲線錢r2為1，標(biāo)曲CV值為0.48-9.44%，樣本CV值均小于10.15%，結(jié)果均在線性范圍內(nèi)，結(jié)果良好。
