產(chǎn)品描述：

犬P選擇素(SELP)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-EL020978DO）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的SELP含量。SELP即選擇素P，是一種細(xì)胞黏附分子。其它主要存在于血小板和內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞中。研究機(jī)制上，SELP能介導(dǎo)白細(xì)胞、血小板與內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞間的黏附作用，參與炎癥反應(yīng)、血栓形成等病理生理過(guò)程，在心血管疾病等研究中備受關(guān)注。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為12.5 ng/mL-800 ng/mL，適用于犬類炎癥性疾病模型（如敗血癥、動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化）、心血管疾病機(jī)制研究，以及藥物開發(fā)中抗血栓或抗炎治療的療效評(píng)估。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書。
