人高鐵血紅蛋白(MHB)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E09493h）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿樣本中的MHB含量。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.47 μg/mL-30 μg/mL，高鐵血紅蛋白水平變化可為氧化應激相關機制研究提供參考。本產(chǎn)品適用于基礎醫(yī)學研究中探索溶血性貧血、藥物毒性反應、環(huán)境污染物暴露等場景下血紅蛋白氧化損傷的動態(tài)變化，也可用于體外實驗中評估化合物對紅細胞氧化還原狀態(tài)的影響，為氧化應激相關疾病機制研究及藥物開發(fā)中的毒性評估提供定量檢測工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。
