產(chǎn)品評價： 我使用CSB-EL020694MO檢測sham組和mcao組小鼠外周血清樣本，樣本并非現(xiàn)用現(xiàn)提，這可能導(dǎo)致sham組出線負(fù)數(shù)值，也有可能是試劑盒靈敏度不太夠，實驗組數(shù)值趨勢和預(yù)計指標(biāo)相似。簡直說明書添加結(jié)果計算示例，否則第一次做elisa的同學(xué)可能不會計算
