小鼠極低密度脂蛋白(VLDL)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E17089m）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的VLDL含量。VLDL即極低密度脂蛋白，在人體脂質(zhì)代謝中發(fā)揮重要作用。它由肝臟合成并分泌，能運輸內(nèi)源性甘油三酯至外周組織。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，其代謝異常與動脈粥樣硬化等心血管疾病密切相關(guān)，深入探究VLDL代謝機(jī)制對相關(guān)疾病防治意義重大。試劑盒檢測范圍為0.78 ng/mL-50 ng/mL，適用于代謝機(jī)制研究、藥物干預(yù)效果評估或營養(yǎng)學(xué)模型中脂質(zhì)代謝動態(tài)監(jiān)測，為心血管疾病或代謝綜合征基礎(chǔ)研究提供高效工具。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of mouse VLDL in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.

回收率：

The recovery of mouse VLDL spiked to levels throughout the range of the assay in various matrices was evaluated. Samples were diluted prior to assay as directed in the Sample Preparation section.

產(chǎn)品評價：我用CSB-E10789m檢測小鼠正常血清，標(biāo)曲R2為0.9994，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品的OD值在0.071到2.716之間，檢測樣本的OD值在1.480到2.7之間，檢測結(jié)果符合預(yù)期，對結(jié)果相當(dāng)滿意。
