產(chǎn)品描述：

豬血纖蛋白原降解產(chǎn)物(FDP)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E06531p）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的FDP含量。FDP即1,6 - 二磷酸果糖，是糖代謝中間產(chǎn)物。在細(xì)胞代謝中能調(diào)節(jié)糖代謝中若干酶的活性，促進糖酵解產(chǎn)生ATP。為細(xì)胞供能、改善細(xì)胞代謝，在心肌缺血、休克等治療研究中，展現(xiàn)出改善細(xì)胞功能、減輕損傷的潛在價值。試劑盒檢測范圍為1.25 μg/mL-80 μg/mL，支持科研領(lǐng)域?qū)ωi凝血相關(guān)疾病模型（如血栓形成、彌散性血管內(nèi)凝血）、藥物干預(yù)效果評估或器官損傷修復(fù)機制的研究本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of pig FDP in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
