兔子α干擾素(IFN-α)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E07329Rb）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測(cè)血清、血漿、組織勻漿樣本中的IFNA1含量。IFNA1 即α1型干擾素，其具有抗病毒、免疫調(diào)節(jié)等多種作用。在研究機(jī)制方面，它可與細(xì)胞表面受體結(jié)合，激活下游信號(hào)通路，誘導(dǎo)多種抗病毒蛋白產(chǎn)生，發(fā)揮抑制病毒復(fù)制和調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)體免疫反應(yīng)等功能，是抗病毒和免疫相關(guān)研究的重要靶點(diǎn)。試劑盒檢測(cè)范圍為6.25 pg/mL-400 pg/mL，適用于生命科學(xué)研究中病毒侵染模型構(gòu)建、免疫調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)制解析以及疫苗/抗病毒藥物研發(fā)等場(chǎng)景，特別適用于兔科動(dòng)物模型中天然免疫反應(yīng)的動(dòng)態(tài)監(jiān)測(cè)。本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見(jiàn)產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明書(shū)。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rabbit IFN-α in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
