產(chǎn)品描述：

兔降鈣素原(PCT)酶聯(lián)免疫試劑盒（CSB-E12875Rb）為雙抗夾心法ELISA試劑盒，定量檢測血清、血漿樣本中的PCT含量。PCT即降鈣素原，在健康人群中含量極低。當機體發(fā)生細菌感染時，PCT會明顯升高。其研究機制主要是通過檢測它在血液中的水平，輔助醫(yī)生判斷是否存在細菌感染、評估感染嚴重程度及指導(dǎo)抗生素的合理使用。試劑盒檢測范圍為15.6 pg/mL-1000 pg/mL，常用于科研領(lǐng)域評估炎癥程度及疾病進展；可為感染性疾病動物模型研究、免疫機制探索及藥物療效評價提供可靠數(shù)據(jù)支持本品僅用于科研，不用于臨床診斷，產(chǎn)品具體參數(shù)及操作步驟詳見產(chǎn)品說明書。

To assess the linearity of the assay, samples were spiked with high concentrations of rabbit PCT in various matrices and diluted with the Sample Diluent to produce samples with values within the dynamic range of the assay.
