LGALS12 polyclonal antibody CSB-PA846606LA01HU was produced in the rabbit immunized by using the Recombinant Human Galectin-12 protein (1-336AA) as the immunogen. The target protein LGALS12, a member of the galectin superfamily, a group of beta-galactoside-binding proteins with conserved carbohydrate recognition domains. It can bind lactose and May participate in the apoptosis of adipocytes. The related mouse protein is a primary regulator of the early stages of adipose tissue development.
This Rabbit anti-Homo sapiens (Human) LGALS12 Polyclonal antibody was tested in the ELISA, WB and IHC applications. The non-conjugated IgG got purified by protein G and reached up to 95% in purity. It reacts with the LGALS12 proteins of human or rat-origin and may be used to detect the endogenous levels of LGALS12 protein.
