產(chǎn)品評價(jià)： 我使用CSB-EP362133BO蛋白，進(jìn)行蛋白芯片相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)，在實(shí)驗(yàn)中將蛋白修飾在碳量子點(diǎn)表面，進(jìn)行甲醛傳感，實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果良好，可以獲得準(zhǔn)確的甲醛檢測結(jié)果。產(chǎn)品制備快、質(zhì)量高，是科研的好幫手！蛋白是在低溫下在叉指電極上結(jié)合的，該叉指電極是延伸出來的，遠(yuǎn)離我所使用的場效應(yīng)晶體管類型的transducer。我們稱之為延?xùn)沤Y(jié)構(gòu)，就是為了避免高溫對蛋白的影響所設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)構(gòu)。該結(jié)構(gòu)可以確保蛋白和transducer都在適宜的工作條件。此外加熱t(yī)ransducer的加熱絲作用范圍很小，只加熱溝道區(qū)域，且遠(yuǎn)離修飾有蛋白的叉指電極。
