ADAM9
ADAM9，全稱為去整合素金屬蛋白酶9，常用別名包括MDC9和meltrin gamma。這種蛋白參與細胞與周圍環境的互動，能調節細胞的黏附狀態與遷移能力，在細胞生長、組織修復等生理過程中發揮作用。在病理情況下，ADAM9與肺癌、乳腺癌等多種腫瘤密切相關，其活性增強可能助力腫瘤細胞突破組織屏障，擴散到身體其他部位。目前，針對該蛋白的藥物研發已取得初步進展，部分抑制性候選藥物進入早期臨床試驗階段，期望通過阻斷其功能來控制腫瘤進展，為相關疾病治療帶來新的可能性。
