ADAM12
ADAM12，即去整合素金屬蛋白酶12，別名meltrin α。作為一種跨膜蛋白，它參與細胞外基質的降解與重塑，還能調節細胞間的黏附狀態，在身體組織的生長發育和損傷修復過程中扮演角色。當ADAM12表達出現異常時，常與多種疾病相關：比如乳腺癌、肝癌等癌癥里，它的水平升高會幫助腫瘤細胞突破周圍組織限制，促進轉移和新血管生成；在一些纖維化疾病中，它也可能推動組織的異常纖維化進程。目前針對ADAM12的藥物研發處于早期階段，主要探索能抑制其活性的小分子或抗體，希望通過這種方式控制相關疾病發展，但尚未有成熟藥物上市，仍需更多研究驗證效果。
