ADM2
ADM2，全稱為腎上腺髓質素2，是一種內源性多肽，屬于降鈣素基因相關肽家族。它具有多種生物學活性，包括心血管保護、腎臟保護、抗氧化應激、抗炎以及調節免疫等。ADM2能夠維持微血管內皮屏障的完整性，減輕血管滲漏和組織水腫，從而在膿毒癥的治療中發揮重要作用。此外，它還能調控新生血管形成，對多種疾病的治療具有潛在的應用價值。目前，針對ADM2的藥物研發正在積極進行中，包括單克隆抗體、雙特異性抗體以及抗體偶聯藥物等，這些藥物有望為多種疾病的治療提供新的選擇。
