AMFR
AMFR,全稱為自分泌運動因子受體,常用別名是GP78。其名字源于它能結合自分泌運動因子,進而調節細胞的運動能力。同時,它在細胞內扮演著“蛋白管家”的角色,通過給特定蛋白質添加標記,幫助細胞清除那些錯誤折疊或不再需要的蛋白,維持細胞內環境的穩定。當AMFR的功能出現異常時,可能導致細胞內蛋白堆積或某些關鍵蛋白的失控,進而引發疾病。目前發現它與肝癌、肺癌等多種腫瘤關系密切,異常高表達的AMFR會增強腫瘤細胞的遷移和侵襲能力,推動腫瘤擴散。在藥物研發領域,科研人員正探索針對AMFR的抑制劑,一些能阻斷其活性的小分子化合物已進入臨床前研究階段,有望為腫瘤治療提供新的靶點選擇。

IHC image of CSB-PA333164LA01HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human small intestine tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
