APOA4
APOA4，即載脂蛋白A4（Apolipoprotein A4），常被簡(jiǎn)稱為ApoA-IV。它主要由小腸和肝臟合成，是脂質(zhì)代謝與食欲調(diào)節(jié)中的關(guān)鍵角色。餐后，小腸會(huì)大量分泌這種蛋白，參與脂肪的消化吸收與轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)，幫助維持血液脂質(zhì)的平衡；同時(shí)，它還能作用于中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，抑制過(guò)度進(jìn)食，輔助調(diào)控食欲。當(dāng)ApoA-IV水平異常時(shí)，可能與高血脂、動(dòng)脈粥樣硬化等心血管疾病相關(guān)，低水平的該蛋白往往伴隨血脂紊亂的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增加。目前針對(duì)它的藥物研發(fā)仍處于探索階段，科學(xué)家們正嘗試通過(guò)提升其表達(dá)或活性來(lái)改善代謝問(wèn)題，不過(guò)尚未有成熟的靶向藥物進(jìn)入臨床應(yīng)用。
