BAX
BAX，全稱為BCL2相關X蛋白，是細胞內調控生命活動的關鍵分子之一，常被直接稱為BAX，屬于BCL-2蛋白家族成員。當細胞遭遇DNA損傷、感染或其他異常情況時，BAX會被激活，促進細胞進入程序性死亡過程，這是身體清除異常細胞、維持組織健康的重要方式。
在多種癌癥中，BAX的功能常受抑制或表達量下降，導致異常細胞無法正常凋亡，進而推動腫瘤生長擴散，比如肺癌、乳腺癌、結腸癌等都與它的異常有關。目前一些靶向藥物通過調節BAX所在的蛋白家族平衡發揮抗癌作用，部分藥物能解除對BAX的抑制，讓它重新啟動癌細胞的死亡程序，這些藥物在血液腫瘤和實體瘤治療中已展現出一定效果，為患者帶來新的治療希望。
