BTNL2
BTNL2，全稱為B7家族相關(guān)蛋白樣2，常用別名B7同源樣蛋白2。它是免疫調(diào)節(jié)相關(guān)蛋白，主要表達(dá)于免疫細(xì)胞及上皮組織，參與免疫細(xì)胞活化調(diào)控、炎癥反應(yīng)平衡，維持機(jī)體免疫穩(wěn)態(tài)，防止過度炎癥反應(yīng)對(duì)組織造成損傷，同時(shí)在自身免疫病及腫瘤免疫中發(fā)揮重要作用。 BTNL2表達(dá)異常與自身免疫病、慢性炎癥及腫瘤密切相關(guān)，異常表達(dá)會(huì)導(dǎo)致免疫失衡，誘發(fā)類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎、系統(tǒng)性紅斑狼瘡等自身免疫病；同時(shí)參與腫瘤免疫微環(huán)境調(diào)控，影響腫瘤細(xì)胞的免疫逃逸。目前BTNL2靶向調(diào)節(jié)劑處于臨床前研究階段，通過調(diào)控免疫活性，為自身免疫病、炎癥及腫瘤提供新型干預(yù)方向。
