CASZ1
CASZ1，全稱為castor zinc finger 1，是一種鋅指轉(zhuǎn)錄因子，也被稱為Cst、D4Ertd432e、2410019P08Rik等。它在聽覺毛細(xì)胞的命運(yùn)穩(wěn)定和生存維持中發(fā)揮重要作用。CASZ1在胚胎晚期至成年內(nèi)毛細(xì)胞中持續(xù)高表達(dá)，而在胚胎晚期和幼年期外毛細(xì)胞中僅瞬時(shí)表達(dá)。研究顯示，CASZ1在維持內(nèi)毛細(xì)胞命運(yùn)和防止其轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橥饷?xì)胞中扮演關(guān)鍵角色，同時(shí)也在維持外毛細(xì)胞存活中發(fā)揮作用。此外，CASZ1的異常與多種疾病相關(guān)，如靜脈曲張、卵巢癌和T細(xì)胞急性淋巴細(xì)胞性白血病等。目前，針對(duì)CASZ1的研究正在推動(dòng)相關(guān)藥物的研發(fā)，為治療這些疾病提供了新的思路。

IHC image of CSB-PA773036LA01HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human cervical cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
