CES3
CES3，即羧酸酯酶3，是一種主要分布于肝臟、脂肪組織的蛋白，別名hCE-3。它能催化酯類、酰胺類化合物的水解反應，參與內源性脂質（如甘油三酯）的分解過程，幫助維持脂代謝平衡；同時也會影響多種外源性藥物的代謝效率，改變藥物在體內的作用時長與效果。在脂肪組織中，CES3表達水平與脂肪細胞分化、脂質積累密切相關，功能異常時可能導致脂代謝紊亂，增加肥胖、非酒精性脂肪肝等代謝性疾病的發生風險。此外，它對部分降脂藥、抗病毒藥的代謝有顯著影響，可能引發藥效降低或不良反應。目前，研究人員正探索CES3調節劑的開發，希望通過調控其活性改善代謝性疾病癥狀，或優化藥物組合方案以減少代謝相關的用藥問題，為相關疾病治療提供新方向。
