CLDN11
CLDN11，即Claudin-11，也常被稱為少突膠質細胞緊密連接蛋白或Sertoli細胞連接蛋白。它在人體多個組織中扮演重要角色：在神經系統里，它是血腦屏障和髓鞘結構的關鍵組成部分，維持神經組織的屏障功能與結構穩定；在生殖系統中，它參與睪丸支持細胞間的緊密連接，為精子生成提供封閉的微環境。
當Claudin-11功能異常時，可能引發多種疾病：比如多發性硬化患者中，其表達改變會影響髓鞘完整性，加劇神經損傷；部分男性不育癥也與它的功能缺陷有關，導致生精過程受阻。目前針對Claudin-11的藥物研發主要聚焦于神經免疫疾病，比如探索調控其連接功能的小分子或抗體，以修復受損的血腦屏障或髓鞘，不過多數研究仍處于臨床前階段，尚未有成熟藥物上市。
