CLDN4
CLDN4,全稱為Claudin-4,也常被簡稱為CLD4,是緊密連接蛋白家族的重要成員。它主要分布在上皮與內皮細胞之間,像細胞間的“分子黏合劑”,幫助維持細胞連接的緊密性,調控物質在細胞間隙的正常轉運,保障組織屏障的穩定。
在疾病領域,Claudin-4的異常表達與多種癌癥密切相關,比如胰腺癌、胃癌等。腫瘤中它的水平往往明顯升高,這會破壞細胞間的緊密連接,讓腫瘤細胞更容易侵襲周圍組織或發生轉移,同時它也可能作為腫瘤診斷的潛在指標。目前針對Claudin-4的靶向治療研究正在開展,一些特異性抗體藥物已進入早期臨床試驗,試圖通過干預它的功能來抑制腫瘤進展,為相關癌癥治療帶來新希望。
