CLINT1
CLINT1，全稱為網格蛋白相互作用蛋白1，常用別名包括CLINT、EPSINR等。它在細胞內扮演關鍵角色，能與網格蛋白及其他分子緊密協(xié)作，精準調控細胞的內吞過程——將細胞外的營養(yǎng)物質、信號分子等攝入細胞內部，保障細胞正常的生理活動和信號傳遞。
研究表明，CLINT1功能異常時，可能干擾細胞對特定物質的代謝處理，與阿爾茨海默病等神經系統(tǒng)疾病存在關聯(lián)，比如其參與的過程紊亂可能導致β淀粉樣蛋白在腦內堆積，助推疾病進展。目前針對該蛋白的藥物研發(fā)仍處于早期探索階段，科研團隊正嘗試尋找能調節(jié)其活性的小分子化合物，希望通過改善它的功能來緩解相關疾病癥狀，但尚未有藥物進入臨床應用階段。
