CMKLR1
CMKLR1，全稱為趨化因子樣受體1，常用別名是ChemR23。作為一種G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體，它能與配體Chemerin特異性結(jié)合，在體內(nèi)發(fā)揮多方面作用：這種結(jié)合可影響脂肪細(xì)胞的分化與脂質(zhì)代謝，和身體的能量平衡調(diào)節(jié)相關(guān)；同時(shí)也參與免疫細(xì)胞的遷移過程，與炎癥反應(yīng)的發(fā)生發(fā)展存在聯(lián)系。
在疾病方面，CMKLR1的活性異常常和代謝類疾病相關(guān)，比如肥胖、2型糖尿病患者中，它的表達(dá)水平或功能可能發(fā)生改變；此外，類風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎等炎癥性疾病的進(jìn)展也可能與它的作用有關(guān)。目前針對(duì)CMKLR1的藥物研發(fā)處于早期階段，一些拮抗劑類化合物正在探索中，有望通過調(diào)控其功能來改善代謝紊亂或緩解炎癥，為相關(guān)疾病的治療帶來新的可能性。

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer using CSB-PA005614LA01HU at dilution of 1:100
Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA005614LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
