COL18A1
COL18A1，常被稱為內(nèi)皮膠原蛋白，它分布在血管內(nèi)皮、視網(wǎng)膜、腎臟等組織的基底膜中，既維持組織結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定，又參與調(diào)節(jié)血管生成和細胞生長。當COL18A1出現(xiàn)突變時，可能引發(fā)Knobloch綜合征，患者多表現(xiàn)為視網(wǎng)膜脫離、先天性白內(nèi)障，部分還伴隨智力障礙或腦部結(jié)構(gòu)異常。此外，膠原蛋白XVIII的降解片段內(nèi)抑素能抑制血管新生，因此成為癌癥治療的研究方向。目前有基于內(nèi)抑素的藥物進入臨床試驗，針對肺癌、胃癌等實體瘤，試圖通過阻斷腫瘤血管供應來抑制其生長，但尚未正式應用于臨床。
