CSN2
CSN2，全稱為酪蛋白β，常用別名β-酪蛋白。它是一種主要由乳腺上皮細胞合成分泌的乳蛋白，廣泛存在于母乳及牛乳中，參與乳汁的組成，為嬰幼兒提供營養支持，同時具有免疫調節、抗菌及腸道黏膜保護作用，對嬰幼兒腸道發育及機體免疫功能具有重要意義。 CSN2表達異常與乳腺疾病密切相關，表達不足會影響乳汁分泌及質量，與乳腺發育不良、乳腺炎相關；同時異常表達也與乳腺癌相關，參與腫瘤細胞代謝重編程，促進腫瘤增殖。目前CSN2相關研究主要集中于乳腺疾病的診斷及預后評估，靶向調控制劑處于臨床前探索階段。
