CTPS2
CTPS2，全稱為胞苷三磷酸合成酶2，日常也常被稱作CTP合成酶2。它在細胞的嘧啶代謝過程中扮演關(guān)鍵角色，能參與生成胞苷三磷酸（CTP）——這種分子是DNA、RNA合成以及細胞膜磷脂形成的必需原料，支撐著細胞生長與分裂的基本需求。
在疾病領(lǐng)域，CTPS2的活性變化與多種腫瘤關(guān)聯(lián)緊密，比如部分白血病和實體瘤，因為快速增殖的腫瘤細胞需要大量CTP來維持代謝旺盛狀態(tài)，所以該蛋白成為了抗癌研究的重要靶點。此外，少數(shù)遺傳性CTPS2突變可能引發(fā)免疫功能缺陷或發(fā)育異常。目前，針對CTPS2的藥物研發(fā)處于臨床前階段，研究人員正嘗試開發(fā)特異性抑制劑，通過阻斷其功能來減少腫瘤細胞的CTP供應，進而抑制腫瘤生長，為癌癥治療探索新路徑。
