DCP2
DCP2,全稱為mRNA脫帽酶2,常見別名包括mRNA decapping酶2。它主要負責移除信使RNA(mRNA)5'端的帽子結構,這一過程會啟動mRNA的降解,進而影響細胞內基因信息的傳遞與蛋白質的合成。正常生理狀態下,DCP2通過調控mRNA的穩定性維持細胞功能平衡;若活性或表達出現異常,可能導致某些mRNA過度留存或過早分解,引發疾病。比如在部分癌癥中,DCP2的表達變化可能助力腫瘤細胞增殖或增強耐藥性;神經退行性疾病里,其功能失調或許干擾神經元關鍵mRNA代謝,加重細胞損傷。目前,針對DCP2的靶向研究正在推進,一些小分子化合物被嘗試作為潛在治療藥物,期望通過調節其活性糾正異常mRNA代謝,為相關疾病提供新的治療思路。
