DPEP1
DPEP1，全稱為二肽基肽酶1，也常被稱作腎素結合蛋白或氨肽酶B相關蛋白。它在人體內主要負責處理一些小分子肽類，這些肽與血壓調節、炎癥反應等生理過程密切相關——比如能分解緩激肽這類可舒張血管的物質，也會參與血管緊張素的代謝，從而間接影響血壓穩定和炎癥反應的輕重。
在疾病方面，慢性腎臟疾病患者體內該蛋白的活性常發生改變，可能與腎臟纖維化的進展有關；部分腫瘤組織中它的表達量也會異常，推測可能參與了腫瘤細胞的生長或擴散。目前已有研究團隊在開發針對該蛋白的抑制劑，希望用于緩解腎臟炎癥或抑制腫瘤進展，但相關藥物仍處于早期研發階段，尚未進入大規模臨床應用。

Immunofluorescence staining of HepG2 cells with CSB-PA007123LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
