FBLN1
FBLN1，即纖維連接蛋白1，常用別名為fibulin-1，是細胞外基質中的重要組成部分。它能與膠原蛋白、彈性蛋白等多種分子相互結合，幫助維持組織的結構穩定和正常功能，比如在血管壁、腎臟濾過膜等部位提供支撐，讓組織保持彈性和強度。
在一些疾病中，FBLN1的表達或功能異常可能參與病變：比如主動脈瘤患者的病變血管壁中，它的水平常發生改變，可能導致血管壁韌性下降；膜性腎病等腎臟疾病里，它的異常沉積也可能影響腎臟的濾過功能。目前針對fibulin-1的藥物研發仍處于初步階段，部分研究嘗試通過調節其表達或結合狀態來改善組織損傷，但尚未有成熟藥物進入臨床應用階段。
