FLII
FLII蛋白,別名Fli-I,是一種能與肌動蛋白結合的分子,主要參與細胞骨架的動態(tài)調整,影響細胞的移動、附著和形狀維持。它在胚胎發(fā)育時的組織構建、免疫細胞的活化遷移等生理過程中都發(fā)揮著關鍵作用。
在疾病層面,FLII的表達異常常和腫瘤進展掛鉤——像乳腺癌、肺癌等惡性腫瘤里,它的高表達會助推癌細胞的侵襲和轉移;同時它也參與炎癥反應的調控,可能與類風濕關節(jié)炎這類自身免疫病的發(fā)生有關。目前針對FLII的藥物研究還處于早期階段,科學家們嘗試通過抑制它與肌動蛋白的相互作用來阻斷腫瘤細胞的遷移能力,但尚未有藥物進入臨床,后續(xù)仍需更多實驗驗證和臨床轉化工作推進。

IHC image of CSB-PA615661LA01HU diluted at 1:500 and staining in paraffin-embedded human lymph node tissue performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
Immunofluorescence staining of Hela cells with CSB-PA615661LA01HU at 1:166, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
