FOXC1
FOXC1，全稱為叉頭框蛋白C1，常用別名叉頭轉錄因子C1。它是一種核轉錄因子，廣泛表達于胚胎組織及成年人體多種組織，參與胚胎發育、器官形成、細胞增殖分化及血管新生調控，對骨骼發育、眼部發育及血管穩態具有重要作用。 FOXC1突變及異常表達與多種疾病密切相關，突變會導致眼部發育異常、骨骼畸形等遺傳性疾病；異常高表達則與肺癌、肝癌、卵巢癌等腫瘤相關，促進腫瘤血管新生、侵襲轉移，是腫瘤不良預后的標志物。目前FOXC1抑制劑處于臨床前研究階段，通過抑制其轉錄活性，為腫瘤及遺傳性疾病提供治療思路。
