FRMD5
FRMD5,全稱為含F(xiàn)ERM結(jié)構(gòu)域蛋白5,研究中常直接稱其為FRMD5,部分文獻(xiàn)也會(huì)用F5作為簡(jiǎn)稱。這種蛋白能幫助維持細(xì)胞的正常形態(tài),讓細(xì)胞之間的連接更穩(wěn)定,還參與細(xì)胞的移動(dòng)過程,輔助細(xì)胞在組織中有序遷移。在疾病方面,F(xiàn)RMD5表達(dá)變化和一些腫瘤進(jìn)展相關(guān)——比如某些癌癥組織里它的含量與正常組織差異明顯,可能影響腫瘤細(xì)胞的擴(kuò)散能力;同時(shí),它也和神經(jīng)細(xì)胞的生長(zhǎng)、連接形成有關(guān),或許在神經(jīng)發(fā)育類疾病中起作用。目前針對(duì)它的藥物研發(fā)還處于早期階段,科學(xué)家們正探索通過調(diào)節(jié)其活性來(lái)干預(yù)細(xì)胞異常狀態(tài),但尚未有進(jìn)入臨床試驗(yàn)的具體藥物。
