GAPDHS
GAPDHS,即精子特異性甘油醛-3-磷酸脫氫酶,也常被稱為精子型GAPDH,是精子細胞特有的分子。它主要分布在成熟精子的尾部,靠近能量生成區域,能參與糖分的分解過程,為精子游動提供必需的動力。精子要穿越生殖道到達卵子,需要持續的活力支持,這個蛋白的正常工作是保障精子運動能力的關鍵。
如果GAPDHS活性下降或結構異常,精子可能會失去游動能力,無法完成受精過程,這與部分男性不育癥密切相關。目前,科研人員正關注它作為男性避孕靶點的潛力——通過抑制其功能,可讓精子缺乏能量而無法游動,從而阻止受精。不過相關研究還處于實驗室探索階段,尚未進入臨床應用階段。
