GC

GC，全稱為組特異性組分蛋白，常用別名是維生素D結合蛋白（DBP）。它主要由肝臟合成并釋放入血，負責結合并轉運體內的維生素D及其代謝產物，同時參與免疫細胞活化與鐵離子代謝，對維持機體鈣磷平衡和正常免疫應答十分關鍵。
GC蛋白水平異常或功能缺陷，會直接影響維生素D的利用效率，易引發佝僂病、骨質疏松等代謝性骨病，也與自身免疫病、慢性炎癥及部分腫瘤易感性相關。目前圍繞GC的研發主要集中在重組蛋白制劑與功能調節劑，部分候選分子已進入臨床前研究階段，旨在改善維生素D利用障礙，為相關代謝和免疫疾病提供新的治療選擇。

Overlay Peak curve showing HepG2 cells stained with CSB-RA089046A0HU (red line) at 1:100. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde and permeated by 0.2% TritonX-100 for 10min. Then 10% normal goat serum to block non-specific protein-protein interactions followed by the antibody (1ug/1*10⁶cells) for 45min at 4℃. The secondary antibody used was FITC-conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG (H+L) at 1/200 dilution for 35min at 4℃.Control antibody (green line) was Rabbit IgG (1ug/1*10⁶cells) used under the same conditions. Acquisition of >10,000 events was performed.
