GIP
GIP，即葡萄糖依賴(lài)性促胰島素釋放多肽（Glucose-dependent Insulinotropic Polypeptide），別名Incretin hormone。它是一種由腸道K細(xì)胞分泌的腸促胰素，主要分布在十二指腸和近端空腸，對(duì)食物攝取后胰島素的分泌起到重要的調(diào)節(jié)作用。GIP的作用機(jī)制包括與GIP受體結(jié)合，激活信號(hào)通路，刺激胰島β細(xì)胞以葡萄糖依賴(lài)的方式分泌胰島素，同時(shí)在胰島α細(xì)胞中促進(jìn)胰高血糖素的分泌，從而在血糖調(diào)節(jié)中發(fā)揮智能調(diào)節(jié)作用。GIP不僅參與血糖的穩(wěn)定，還可能通過(guò)中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)對(duì)攝食行為和認(rèn)知進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)，并對(duì)心血管系統(tǒng)具有保護(hù)作用 。然而，在2型糖尿病患者中，GIP的促胰島素作用可能會(huì)受損，但通過(guò)改善血糖控制，GIP的調(diào)節(jié)作用有可能得到恢復(fù)。
