GSTA4
GSTA4，全稱為谷胱甘肽S-轉移酶A4，常用別名包括GST A4。這種蛋白在人體代謝過程中扮演重要角色，能與谷胱甘肽協作，幫助清除細胞內的脂質過氧化物等有害氧化產物，維持細胞環境的穩定。它在肝臟、腎臟等器官中表達較為豐富，對這些器官的正常運作至關重要。
當GSTA4的表達或功能出現異常時，可能與多種疾病相關。例如，動脈粥樣硬化患者體內該蛋白的水平常發生改變，影響脂質代謝和細胞抗氧化能力；部分神經退行性疾病如阿爾茨海默病也被發現與它的功能失調存在關聯。目前，研究人員正探索將GSTA4作為疾病診斷的生物標志物，同時嘗試開發能調節其活性的藥物，不過相關藥物仍處于實驗室研究階段，尚未進入臨床應用。
