HCAR2
HCAR2，全稱為羥基羧酸受體2，常用別名包括GPR109A。這種蛋白廣泛分布在人體脂肪細胞、巨噬細胞等細胞中，在生理活動里承擔著多樣作用。比如在脂肪細胞內，它被特定物質激活后，能參與調節脂質的分解與代謝；在免疫細胞中，它可能影響炎癥反應的程度。與該蛋白相關的健康問題較多，像高血脂、肥胖這類代謝性疾病，以及動脈粥樣硬化等心血管問題，都和它的功能變化存在一定聯系。
在藥物研發方面，煙酸作為它的天然激活物，曾長期用于血脂調節，但因易引發皮膚潮紅等副作用，應用受到限制。目前不少研究正探索更具特異性的靶向藥物，希望能精準作用于該受體，在發揮治療效果的同時減少不良反應，為相關疾病的治療提供新方向。
