HNRNPM
HNRNPM，全稱為異質(zhì)核核糖核蛋白M，常用別名包括hnRNP M。這類蛋白能與細(xì)胞內(nèi)的RNA分子結(jié)合，參與RNA的加工處理、胞內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)及穩(wěn)定性調(diào)控等過程，是維持細(xì)胞正常功能的重要分子之一。
在疾病領(lǐng)域，HNRNPM表達(dá)異常與多種癌癥密切相關(guān)：乳腺癌患者中常檢測到它的高表達(dá)，可能推動腫瘤細(xì)胞的增殖和擴(kuò)散；肺癌、結(jié)直腸癌等疾病中也存在類似關(guān)聯(lián)，甚至?xí)绊懩[瘤對治療的敏感性。目前針對它的藥物研發(fā)仍處于早期階段，科研人員正篩選能干擾其功能的小分子物質(zhì)，希望未來能開發(fā)出針對性治療藥物，為相關(guān)癌癥患者提供新的治療方向。
