HSD17B13
HSD17B13，全稱為羥類固醇17-β脫氫酶13，是一種主要在肝臟肝細(xì)胞內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng)中發(fā)揮作用的蛋白質(zhì)，常被簡稱為17β-HSD13。它在肝臟的脂質(zhì)代謝過程里扮演關(guān)鍵角色，能影響甘油三酯的合成與分解平衡。不少研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，HSD17B13功能變化和非酒精性脂肪肝、肝纖維化甚至肝癌的發(fā)生密切相關(guān)——有些基因突變會降低它的活性，反而能減少肝臟內(nèi)的脂肪堆積，降低疾病進(jìn)展的風(fēng)險。目前，針對HSD17B13的靶向藥物研發(fā)已取得初步進(jìn)展，多款小分子抑制劑候選藥物進(jìn)入早期臨床試驗階段，這些藥物有望通過調(diào)節(jié)它的功能來緩解肝臟脂肪異常，為脂肪肝等肝臟疾病的治療提供新的方向。
