HTR3A
HTR3A，即5-羥色胺3A型受體亞基，有時(shí)也被簡(jiǎn)稱為5-HT3A受體，屬于5-羥色胺受體家族中獨(dú)特的離子通道類成員，常與其他亞基共同構(gòu)成有功能的受體復(fù)合物。該蛋白在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)的邊緣區(qū)域、胃腸道黏膜等部位廣泛分布，參與調(diào)節(jié)神經(jīng)信號(hào)傳遞與胃腸動(dòng)力。
在疾病關(guān)聯(lián)上，HTR3A與化療或術(shù)后惡心嘔吐關(guān)系密切，也是焦慮、抑郁等情緒障礙及腸易激綜合征的相關(guān)靶點(diǎn)。目前已有針對(duì)該蛋白的拮抗劑應(yīng)用于臨床，比如昂丹司瓊，主要用于緩解化療引發(fā)的嘔吐癥狀；同時(shí)，科研人員還在探索其在精神疾病和胃腸道疾病治療中的新方向，期待開發(fā)出更具針對(duì)性的治療藥物，進(jìn)一步改善患者的生活質(zhì)量。
