HTR4
HTR4，即5-羥色胺4型受體，常被簡稱為5-HT4R，是人體內分布較廣的信號受體之一。它在中樞神經系統的邊緣區域、大腦皮層以及胃腸道黏膜等處都有表達。在大腦中，它參與情緒相關的信號傳遞，能讓神經細胞保持活躍，幫助維持穩定的心境；在胃腸道里，它可推動平滑肌收縮，促進食物和廢物的正常運輸。
當HTR4受體功能異常時，可能引發情緒問題如焦慮或抑郁，也可能導致胃腸道動力紊亂，出現便秘或腸易激綜合征等情況。目前針對它的藥物研發已有進展，一些激活該受體的藥物已用于改善便秘型腸易激綜合征患者的癥狀，還有研究在探索它對認知功能的影響，希望能為相關疾病治療提供新方向。

Immunohistochemistry of paraffin-embedded human brain tissue using CSB-PA010895LA01HU at dilution of 1:100
Immunofluorescence staining of MCF-7 cells with CSB-PA010895LA01HU at 1:100, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
