IL20RB
IL20RB，全稱為白細胞介素20受體β亞基，常被簡稱為IL-20Rβ，也有CRF2-8這樣的別名。它需要與IL-20受體α亞基結合形成完整的受體結構，才能接收特定細胞因子的信號，參與皮膚細胞的生長分化調控，以及腎臟等組織的炎癥反應過程。
在銀屑病患者的皮損區域，IL20RB表達水平明顯升高，與皮膚角質細胞的異常增殖和炎癥狀態密切相關；慢性腎病患者的腎臟組織中也能觀察到它的異常表達，可能推動腎損傷的進展；此外，類風濕關節炎等自身免疫疾病的發病過程里，它也扮演了一定角色。目前針對該受體的藥物研發正在推進，部分單克隆抗體已進入臨床試驗階段，比如治療中重度銀屑病的候選藥物，二期試驗結果顯示能有效減輕皮損癥狀，為相關疾病的治療提供了新方向。
