IL36G
IL36G，全稱為白細胞介素36γ，常用別名包括IL-1家族成員9（IL-1F9）。它是免疫體系中調控炎癥的關鍵分子，當身體遭遇病原體入侵或組織受損時，該蛋白會與特定受體結合，推動免疫細胞活化，釋放炎癥相關物質以應對刺激，幫助清除病原體或修復損傷；但如果活性過度增強，可能引發不必要的炎癥反應。
IL36G與多種炎癥性疾病關系密切：銀屑病患者的皮損區域常能檢測到它的高表達，參與皮膚炎癥的發生發展；此外，炎癥性腸病等自身免疫疾病中也能發現它的異常活動。目前針對該蛋白的藥物研發已有進展，一些中和其活性的抗體已進入臨床試驗階段，旨在通過抑制它的作用來減輕炎癥癥狀，為相關疾病患者提供新的治療方向。
