IL4RA
IL4RA，即白細胞介素4受體α鏈，它是一種細胞表面受體，主要來源于活化的CD4+ T細胞，也由NKT細胞、巨噬細胞、嗜酸性粒細胞等多種細胞產生。IL4RA的作用機制是與IL-4和IL-13結合，通過激活JAK-STAT信號通路，特別是通過STAT6的磷酸化和激活，來發揮其生物學功能。IL4RA對于調節免疫反應、促進Th2細胞分化、B細胞抗體類別轉換以及抑制炎癥反應等過程具有重要意義。其異常表達與多種過敏性疾病和炎癥性疾病的發生發展密切相關。
