INSIG1
INSIG1，全稱為胰島素誘導基因1，常用別名胰島素敏感基因1。它是細胞內調控蛋白，廣泛表達于肝臟、脂肪組織等代謝活躍組織，參與膽固醇合成調控、脂質代謝平衡及胰島素敏感性調節，維持機體脂質穩態與糖代謝平衡，對代謝綜合征的發生發展具有重要調控作用。 INSIG1表達異常與代謝類疾病密切相關，表達不足會導致膽固醇合成異常、脂質蓄積，與肥胖、脂肪肝、動脈粥樣硬化、糖尿病等疾病相關；異常高表達則有助于改善胰島素抵抗，緩解代謝紊亂。目前INSIG1激活劑處于臨床前研究階段，通過調控其表達水平，為代謝類疾病提供新型治療方案。
