KRT10
角蛋白10，是皮膚表皮層的關鍵結構蛋白，常見別名有細胞角蛋白10（CK10）。它像皮膚細胞的“支架”，支撐上層表皮細胞的形態，幫助皮膚構建抵御外界刺激的保護屏障，減少水分流失和微生物入侵。當KRT10蛋白出現異常時，皮膚屏障容易受損，引發特定疾病。比如遺傳性表皮松解性角化過度癥，患者皮膚會出現厚硬鱗屑、發紅甚至水皰，與角蛋白10的結構或功能改變直接相關。目前針對這類疾病的治療多以緩解癥狀為主，如外用保濕劑改善干燥，或角質剝脫劑減少鱗屑堆積。也有科研團隊在探索修復異常蛋白的方法，但相關研究仍處于臨床試驗階段，尚未有針對性藥物正式上市。
