MAGEB3
MAGEB3，全稱為黑色素瘤相關抗原B3，也常被簡稱為MAGE-B3。這種蛋白的顯著特點是在黑色素瘤、非小細胞肺癌等多種惡性腫瘤細胞中頻繁高表達，但在健康人體的大部分正常組織里幾乎看不到它的身影，這讓它成為腫瘤治療領域的熱門潛在靶點。
臨床觀察發現，MAGEB3的異常表達往往和部分腫瘤的進展速度、轉移風險升高相關，比如晚期黑色素瘤患者中，該蛋白表達水平較高的人群通常預后更差。目前針對它的治療探索主要集中在免疫方向：一些基于MAGEB3抗原的腫瘤疫苗已進入早期臨床試驗，能幫助患者身體產生專門識別這種蛋白的免疫細胞，從而精準攻擊腫瘤；此外，靶向MAGEB3的CAR-T細胞療法也在實驗室研究階段，未來或許能為晚期腫瘤患者提供新的治療選擇。
