MAZ
MAZ，全稱為Myc相關鋅指蛋白，常用別名PUR1。它是一種細胞核內轉錄蛋白，廣泛表達于人體各類組織，參與細胞生長、增殖及基因表達調控，能夠穩定細胞正常生理狀態，維持機體細胞有序生長。
MAZ表達異常升高會加速腫瘤細胞惡性增殖與侵襲轉移，與肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、結直腸癌等多種惡性腫瘤密切相關，高表達狀態通常提示腫瘤預后不良。目前MAZ已成為腫瘤靶向研究熱門靶點，針對該蛋白的選擇性抑制藥物仍處于臨床前研究階段，通過抑制其異常活性阻斷腫瘤進展，有望為多種實體惡性腫瘤的精準治療提供全新思路。
