MS4A2
MS4A2,即高親和力IgE受體的β亞基,也常被稱為FcεRIβ。它在人體過敏反應中起著核心作用:當花粉、塵螨等過敏原進入體內后,會與附著在肥大細胞、嗜堿性粒細胞表面的IgE抗體結合,而這個蛋白作為受體的一部分,會觸發(fā)細胞內部的連鎖反應,促使這些細胞釋放組胺、白三烯等炎癥物質,進而引發(fā)皮膚瘙癢紅腫、打噴嚏、喘息等過敏癥狀。
MS4A2功能異常與多種過敏性疾病密切相關,比如過敏性哮喘、過敏性鼻炎、特應性皮炎等。目前針對它的藥物研發(fā)正在推進,一些靶向該蛋白的單克隆抗體候選藥物已進入臨床試驗階段,有望通過調節(jié)其活性來減少過敏介質的釋放,為過敏性疾病患者提供更精準的治療選擇。

IHC image of CSB-PA015013LA01HU diluted at 1:400 and staining in paraffin-embedded human liver cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.

Immunofluorescence staining of A549 cells with CSB-PA015013LA01HU at 1:133, counter-stained with DAPI. The cells were fixed in 4% formaldehyde, permeabilized using 0.2% Triton X-100 and blocked in 10% normal Goat Serum. The cells were then incubated with the antibody overnight at 4°C. The secondary antibody was Alexa Fluor 488-congugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L).
