MYCN
MYCN，全稱為N-myc原癌蛋白，也常被叫做MYCN原癌基因編碼蛋白或bHLHe37。它在細胞生長、分化和增殖過程里起著關鍵作用，尤其在胚胎神經組織發育階段活性較強。當MYCN基因出現擴增時，MYCN表達會異常升高，容易導致細胞生長失控，最常關聯的疾病是神經母細胞瘤——這是兒童常見的惡性腫瘤之一，MYCN擴增往往提示病情更重、預后較差；此外它還和小細胞肺癌、部分淋巴瘤等成人癌癥有關。
目前針對MYCN異常的藥物研發正在推進，比如能精準抑制其功能的反義寡核苷酸藥物，還有靶向上下游相關分子的聯合療法，部分已進入臨床試驗階段，為相關癌癥患者帶來了新的治療希望。
